Hey everyone, have you heard about our up-coming Motorcycle Experience Wings Over The County event? In late September we’re throwing a 25th anniversary party for our TV show and we’re paying tribute to the 40th anniversary of the Honda Gold Wing and we want you to come out and join in the celebration.
As you know, we’ve been producing TSN’s Motorcycle Experience since 1989 and Honda introduced the world to the Gold Wing back in the fall of 1974. Our plan is to mark both of these incredible milestones on Saturday, September 27 from 9AM to 4PM at Hillier Creek Estates winery just south of Trenton, Ontario.
Our long running TV show, which is shot primarily in Prince Edward County, will play host to this shindig at the Hillier Creek Estates winery. Honda Canada will also be on hand in a very big way providing all the party favors. Motorcycle Experience and Honda Canada will be hosting full-on motorcycle demo rides, a meet and greet seminar, exclusive motorcycle displays, and hourly door prize giveaways including special edition 40th Anniversary Honda Gold Wing t-shirts. An escorted County Back Roads Ride will round out the day.
The winery won’t be offering wine tastings during the celebration but there will still be plenty of events going on at this award winning Hillier vineyard. The winery will be holding vineyard tours and serving their famous wood fired pizzas throughout the day.
The event, Wings Over The County is a tip of the hat to both the Honda Gold Wing and our neighbors over at the 8 Wing Air Base in Trenton. Honda Canada will bring out their full-up demo ride program to the winery so fans of the company’s new motorcycle line can sample the very latest products Honda has on offer. Our Motorcycle Experience camera crew will also be on site throughout the day providing coverage to be broadcast early next spring on Motorcycle Experience. So come on out to say “hello” and take part in all the two-wheeled fun… hope to see you there!
